Bright Lights

I could barely sleep last night from a relentless glow coming from my boyfriend's room which is opposite of mine down the hallway. The glow would beam brightly and flash hysterically. I was in awe for the longest time. Hours passed and it was getting really late. I was getting tired so I dozed off. I woke up a few hours later and looked up again. It was still glowing! I was getting kind of scared/angry because he was still up doing someting ridiculous. I walked in there to see what was going on, and he was sleeping peacefully in his bed. I didn't see anything that could be shining that brightly. I walked back into my room, and the glow was still beaming. I'm still utterly confused. Could the moon be that bright? Who knows.
